Municipal Sewage Wastewater
EBR is a Start of Art innovative process technology for Wastewater Treatment. In the secondary treatment stage, EBR uses effective microbes with special qualities such as requiring less Dissolved Oxygen (D.O) for its survival & operation, high rate of sludge digestion, adjusted to extreme atmospheric conditions etc.,. These microbes are supplied to the system through special blocks which releases microbes on exponential basis based on pollution load. More interestingly, the special blocks needs no maintenance / replacement for a minimum period of 10 years. Exponentially multiplied microbes acts on reducing the Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and turbidity.

Activated sludge process (ASP) is a process for treating sewage and industrial wastewaters using air and a biological flocs composed of bacteria and protozoans.
The process involves air or oxygen being introduced into a mixture of primary treated or screened sewage or industrial wastewater combined with organisms to develop a biological flocculant which reduces the organic content of the sewage.
Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) is the combination of a membrane process like microfiltration or ultrafiltration with a suspended growth bioreactor, and is now widely used for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment. MBR process could produce effluent of high quality enough to be discharged to coastal, surface or brackish waterways or to be reclaimed for urban irrigation. Other advantages of MBR\s over conventional processes include small foot print, easy retrofit and upgrade of old wastewater treatment plants.
It is possible to operate MBR processes at higher mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) concentrations compared to conventional settlement separation systems, thus reducing the reactor volume to achieve high loading rate
Reverse osmosis is one of the processes that makes desalination (or removing salt from seawater) possible. Beyond that, reverse osmosis is used for recycling, wastewater treatment, and can even produce energy.
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification technology that uses a semipermeable membrane. In RO, an applied pressure is used to overcome osmotic pressure, a colligative property, that is driven by chemical potential, a thermodynamic parameter. RO can remove many types of molecules and ions from solutions and is used in both industrial processes and in producing potable water. We offer any capacity of Reverse Osmosis Plants
Ultrafiltration is a separation process using membranes with pore sizes in the range of 0.1 to 0.001 micron. Typically, ultrafiltration will remove high molecular-weight substances, colloidal materials, and organic and inorganic polymeric molecules. Low molecular-weight organics and ions such as sodium, calcium, magnesium chloride, and sulfate are not removed. Because only high-molecular weight species are removed, the osmotic pressure differential across the membrane surface is negligible. Low applied pressures are therefore sufficient to achieve high flux rates from an ultrafiltration membrane.
